What is Converged?

Since the demise of Gather & Associated Content I've searched for a social network or forum with the same feel, but alas to no avail. So while designing another message board, I thought, "Hey! Why not create a message board for the displaced of Gather and Associated Content?"!

So aside from the money making and getting paid parts of Gather and Associated Content, Converged is a forum to connect again with intelligent, mature and like-minded individuals (former gather users or new ones) to share our opinions and writings.
